Crunchy, But Never Hard.
Unlike the harder Chakli, our Thenkuzhal is famous for its white, hollow
texture. We roast our Urad Dal to a golden aroma before grinding it, then
mix it with premium rice flour and a generous scoop of white butter.
The result? A snack that crumbles effortlessly in your mouth with a burst of
roasted cumin (jeera) flavor. It's the snack you can eat by the bowlful
without realizing it.
